Inside Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order cycle including encoding, preparing delivery notes, monitoring restocks, and planning transport
• Act as a central link between the company, customers, and the sales force
• Provide active support to sales representatives in managing and developing their customer portfolios
• Participate in commercial actions, promotional campaigns, and continuous service improvement

Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch and French
• Good level of English
• Knowledge of German is an asset
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships
• Ability to prioritize and manage unexpected situations with composure
