About the role
Responsibilities
- Qualify potential leads using CRM and referrals based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
- Manage inbound and outbound sales efforts, including delivering product demos and presentations
- Negotiate pricing and close deals by issuing quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools
- Provide regular reporting and sales forecasts to management
- Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns and share market insights
- Relay customer feedback to product and support teams to aid strategy refinement
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and explore cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
Requirements
- Graduate degree or above from a recognized college or university
- 1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales
- Strong phone presence with experience making a high volume of daily calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
