About the role
Responsibilities
- Qualify potential leads using CRM and referrals based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
- Manage inbound and outbound sales efforts, including tracking leads and delivering product demos
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and issue quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools
- Provide regular reporting and sales forecasts to management
- Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns and share market insights
- Relay customer feedback to product and support teams to aid strategy refinement
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings
- Engage in post-sales follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and explore up-sell opportunities
Requirements
- Graduate degree or above from a recognized college or university
- 1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales
- Strong phone presence with experience making high volumes of daily calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
