Inside Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and team in achieving sales and profit targets through effective account management.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B reseller accounts and strategic vendors.
• Manage a portfolio of reseller accounts, tracking pipelines, closing deals, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist in executing store business plans and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
• Maintain accurate CRM data to provide visibility on business progress and customer relationships.
• Deliver products to customers across the region to ensure accurate service.

Requirements

• Prior sales or customer service experience (experience in trades, wholesale, or retail environments is preferred).
• Ability to multi-task and sell effectively both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Confidence in offering product advice and identifying upselling opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer data and sales pipelines.
• Prior industry experience within wholesale distribution or trade counter environments.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage client relationships.
• A valid driving license.
