Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls via automatic dialing tools
• Diagnose client needs and connect them with financial solutions to close sales
• Organize client negotiations and ensure consistent follow-up
• Generate proposals in the system and track them through to closing
• Monitor personal and team results via dashboards and meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound telephone sales
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Currently enrolled in or completed higher education
• Strong negotiation and influence skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales funnel management
• Analytical skills and ability to read dashboards
• Process management skills
• Ease with telephone-based customer service
