Inside Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Contact private clients who have completed an online valuation on our website
• Listen to and identify the specific sales plans and needs of customers
• Negotiate and persuade clients to sign agreements with our real estate partner agencies
• Maintain strong relationships between real estate agencies and private clients
• Manage and maintain your portfolio of real estate agents to ensure smooth collaboration

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales
• Proficiency in both Dutch and French (Bilingual NL/FR)
• Strong telephone sales and negotiation skills
• A passion for hitting targets and overcoming challenges
• Real estate industry knowledge is a plus
• A team player with a proactive and persistent mindset
