Inside Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Contact individual clients who have requested online quotes via our website
• Listen to and understand the specific real estate projects of each client
• Negotiate and convince clients to sign contracts with our partner real estate agencies
• Ensure a high-quality relationship between the real estate agency and the private client
• Manage and follow up on your portfolio of agents to ensure successful collaboration

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales
• Proficiency in phone-based sales and communication
• Strong negotiation skills and a drive to exceed objectives
• Proactive, persistent, and a strong team player
• Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus
