Inside Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Make regular outbound sales calls to new and existing dealer accounts to achieve sales targets
• Create and maintain an effective call plan to maximize sales coverage
• Enter and maintain sales orders using the SAP system
• Provide inbound sales support via email, chat, and telephone for dealers and BDMs
• Manage order entry, stock availability requests, and account information updates
• Promote sales offers and new products to generate revenue
• Maintain high levels of product knowledge and establish positive client relationships
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to share sales activity feedback

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written German
• Proven sales experience in a sales-driven environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting proactive outbound telesales calls
• Knowledge of the musical instrument industry and manufacturers
