About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a knowledgeable advisor for customers regarding agricultural topics
- Professionally sell the extensive BayWa product range
- Manage the receipt and distribution of products such as grain, seeds, fertilizer, crop protection, and feed
- Responsible for the disposition and procurement of agricultural operating resources
- Support and actively participate in the grain warehouse operations
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for agricultural topics
- Commercial and/or agricultural training/education
- Experience in selling agricultural products is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong personality with active customer contact skills
- Ability to work independently and with high engagement
