About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact private customers who have completed an online valuation on our website
- Listen to and identify the specific sales plans and needs of customers
- Negotiate and persuade customers to sign mandates with our partner real estate agencies
- Maintain strong relationships between real estate agencies and private customers
- Manage and maintain your portfolio of real estate agents to ensure smooth collaboration
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong telephone sales and negotiation skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and French (NL/FR)
- A proactive, persistent, and goal-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus
