Responsibilities

• Manage business with existing customers and business partners
• Process, monitor, and record orders and returns
• Maintain the customer base
• Develop product portfolios and product catalogs
• Create price offers
• Set up new items and maintain stocks
• Support colleagues and supervisors in projects and new developments
• Advise customers and employees via telephone regarding products
• Reconcile and evaluate sales data
• Coordinate smooth processes between customers, internal dispatch, and shipping
• Analyze and evaluate data clearly and securely

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a comparable position
• Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in sales
• Good communication and presentation skills in German
• Desirable proficiency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Structured and conscientious way of working
• Team player mindset
• Entrepreneurial thinking, resilience, and organizational skills
