Inside Sales Administrator

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify buyer and seller inquiries
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp according to defined sales processes
• Schedule property viewings, meetings, and callbacks for sales agents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Support agents with documentation, listings, and transaction coordination
• Assist with basic client communication, confirmations, and follow-up messages
• Ensure timely lead assignment, tracking, and status updates
• Support daily sales operations and reporting requirements

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence on phone calls
• Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or sales administration
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to qualify and nurture leads professionally
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced sales environment
• Fluency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of real estate sales
• Additional languages are a plus
