Inside Sales Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide SGS solutions
• Establish instant connections with clients via telephone
• Manage leads, generate offers, and prepare quotations according to SGS standards
• Use exceptional verbal and written communication skills to discuss SGS capabilities and services
• Contact potential and existing clients to discuss needs and perform discovery sessions
• Convert prospects into sales and close deals to reach revenue targets
• Maintain the lead database and client inquiries in the CRM
• Monitor bidding sites for lead generation
• Provide proposal intelligence to the Business Development and Operations Managers
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships and industry networks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or a related science
• English proficiency level C1 or higher
• 0-2 years of experience (entry level)
• Previous experience in telesales is a plus
• Competence in Microsoft Windows suite, LinkedIn, and CRM software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety standards, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Strong leadership, self-initiative, and problem-solving skills
