About the role

Responsibilities

  • Strategically engage with inbound leads and existing customers to foster long-term relationships and drive business expansion.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, using solution-based selling techniques.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and take ownership of new leads to uncover growth potential.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, services, and promotional campaigns to provide accurate information.
  • Utilize sales tools and CRM platforms to effectively track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer data.
  • Collaborate with assigned sales representatives to handle complex sales scenarios and competitive engagements.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize overall sales performance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate work experience.
  • 4-6 years of related work experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and learning agility to master new products and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inside sales or telesales.
  • Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
