Inside Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with post-sale activities, including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review
• Manage daily interactions with advertising agencies and direct clients to maintain television and digital schedules
• Coordinate with Marketing, Research, and Creative Services departments to fulfill client needs
• Partner with sales teams to identify new incremental revenue opportunities based on campaign performance
• Track client audience delivery using ratings, impressions, KPIs, and campaign fulfillment metrics
• Assist with contract maintenance, order entry, traffic, and general customer service

Requirements

• 1-3 years of account management experience in a fast-paced media sales environment
• Proven track record of successfully retaining and growing client accounts
• Knowledge of marketing solutions, specifically broadcasting and digital advertising
• Proficiency with CRM systems and the MS Office suite
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital advertising solutions
• Strong organizational, time management, and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve problems independently and adapt to evolving priorities
