Inside Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Actively approach and expand the existing SMB customer portfolio
• Identify and create new commercial opportunities within assigned accounts
• Maintain high levels of daily customer contact via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Advise IT and business stakeholders on their learning and development needs
• Drive revenue growth through repeat orders, upselling, and cross-selling
• Manage activity, pipeline, and forecasting against clear KPIs
• Position training and development solutions as strategic investments
• Collaborate with marketing and the broader SMB sales team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, training, or SaaS
• Proven experience in both prospecting and account management
• Ability to work effectively in a KPI-driven sales environment with targets and CRM usage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Fluency in both Dutch and English
