Inside Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of HVAC contractor and dealer partner accounts across geographic markets
• Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers through outbound calls and virtual meetings
• Serve as the primary point of contact for comfort plans and financing programs
• Drive partner activation and identify barriers to adoption
• Develop strategies to grow financing penetration and identify upsell opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for NTP count, application volume, and funded projects
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
• Conduct virtual partner training on financing products and promotional programs

Requirements

• 3+ years of inside sales, account management, customer success, or business development experience
• Experience managing a book of business or customer portfolio
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, home services, or related trades contractor channels
• Familiarity with subscription-based home services or recurring revenue models
• Experience working within dealer or contractor certification programs
• Experience selling financing, fintech, or embedded financial products to SMBs
