Inside Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads through cold calls, online research, and networking to build a strong pipeline.
• Evaluate customer needs, budgets, and decision-making authority to qualify sales opportunities.
• Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
• Leverage historical sales data to forecast customer buying cycles accurately.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to specific prospect needs.
• Manage and update CRM systems to document interactions and track lead progress.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to address inquiries and provide customer feedback.
• Provide regular sales reports and analyze data to identify market trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of combined IT or selling experience, preferably within the IT industry.
• Technical ability to develop and manage a total sales engagement.
• Expertise in discipline offerings and product value propositions.
• Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
