Inside Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads through cold calls, online research, and networking to build a strong pipeline
• Evaluate customer needs, budgets, and decision-making authority to qualify sales opportunities
• Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
• Leverage historical sales data to forecast customer buying cycles accurately
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to specific prospect needs
• Manage and update CRM systems to document interactions and track lead progress
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to address inquiries and provide customer feedback
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and market trends

Requirements

• 6-8 years of combined IT or selling experience, preferably within the IT industry
• Technical ability to develop and manage a total sales engagement
• Expert knowledge in discipline offerings
• Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
