About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell Dell's products and services by building strong relationships with customers via telephone and email
- Develop new business accounts and expand existing customer accounts
- Work with customers and partners to devise innovative solutions to business opportunities
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions to meet customer needs
- Act as a trusted business advisor by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company technology and services
- Support field sales leaders and collaborate effectively within a team environment
Requirements
- Intermediate understanding of a wide range of technology products and services
- Proven experience in relationship selling
- Ability to align Dell’s products and services with specific customer needs
- Ability to provide coaching to peers to improve overall team performance
- Fluent communication skills in both Czech and English
