About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell Dell’s products and services to the public sector market
- Develop new accounts and expand existing customer relationships
- Work with customers and partners to devise innovative business solutions
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions to meet client needs
- Act as a trusted business advisor by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company technology and services
- Support field sales leaders and collaborate effectively within a team environment
Requirements
- Intermediate understanding of the full range of Dell products and services
- Knowledge of public sector market rules and regulations
- Previous experience in relationship selling
- Proven ability to align products and services with specific customer needs
- Ability to provide coaching to peers to improve overall team performance
