Inside Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Sell Dell’s products and services by developing new accounts and expanding existing ones through phone, web, and email
• Act as the overall account manager, leading sales efforts and partnering with channel or internal sales partners on strategy and execution
• Support field sales leaders while working effectively in a team environment to achieve organizational goals
• Develop professional expertise and apply company policies to resolve various customer issues
• Determine courses of action based on guidelines and modify processes as required to meet customer needs

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a relationship selling role
• Solid understanding of a wide range of products and services and the ability to align them to customer needs
• Proven capacity to leverage cross-functional resources to achieve customer results
• Ability to teach, coach, and motivate others to improve performance, including providing feedback and identifying development opportunities
