About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of medium business accounts, developing and expanding relationships with new and existing customers and partners
- Consult with customers on how Dell Technologies’ products and services fit into their business and IT roadmaps
- Act as the primary point of contact for your account set, driving end-to-end sales cycles via phone, web, and email
- Collaborate with field sales representatives, channel partners, and distributors to drive joint account plans
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and develop new accounts within your territory to expand share of wallet
- Accurately forecast and manage your sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and profitability targets
Requirements
- Knowledge of applicable technology products, services, and solutions
- Previous experience in a sales position, preferably in B2B or account management
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage a defined territory and account portfolio
- Ability to identify how technology products align with medium business customer needs
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in inside sales or account management, specifically covering medium business customers
- Experience working in a multinational, fast-paced technology environment
