About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell products and services via telephone, web, or email to specified customer segments or partners
- Act as the overall account manager, leading sales strategy and partnering with channel or internal sales partners
- Drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface activities to maintain and expand business
- Conduct needs analysis and maintain strong business relationships to provide technical specifications and quotations
- Focus on new account development and the expansion of existing customer accounts
- Take ownership of individual sales quotas and ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
- Intermediate understanding of a wide range of technology products and services
- Proven experience in relationship selling
- Ability to identify and align Dell’s products and services with specific customer needs
- Ability to provide coaching and support to peers to improve overall team performance
