About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound emails, web inquiries, and phone calls from global customers and partners to provide high-quality support
  • Qualify and develop inbound leads by understanding customer needs and matching them with appropriate Dell Technologies solutions
  • Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives, channel partners, and internal specialist teams to progress opportunities and close deals
  • Manage a high-volume, fast-paced inbound pipeline with accurate documentation and opportunity management
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience that represents Dell Technologies’ values and brand

Requirements

  • Knowledge of applicable technology, products, and services
  • Ability to quickly understand and align offerings to diverse global customer and partner needs
  • Results-oriented mindset with the capacity to work in a high-volume inbound environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing position, ideally in inbound sales or lead qualification

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in inside sales, inbound sales, or customer support
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Proficiency in languages other than English
