Inside Sales Account Executive 1

Responsibilities

• Manage small business accounts to increase new buyer acquisition and grow existing customer loyalty
• Execute high-volume outbound activity, including over 30 calls per day and managing sales opportunities via email
• Consult with small business clients to recommend optimal technology solutions, including desktops, laptops, and accessories
• Identify and qualify enterprise-level projects involving servers, networking, storage, data protection, and cloud services
• Participate in the 13-week Dell Technologies Sales Academy to master product knowledge and sales methodologies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or a professional customer-facing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Toronto, ON

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Bilingualism (French is a significant asset)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Strong motivation to exceed targets and a willingness to act on professional feedback
