Inside Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions through inbound calls, chats, emails, and web-based interfaces
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries with a focus on sales conversion and customer satisfaction
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services, warranties, and solution offerings
• Drive sales opportunities with both existing customers and new prospects
• Conduct follow-up outbound calls or emails as required to progress leads and close opportunities
• Build working knowledge of Dell’s technology, products, and services to align solutions with customer requirements
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and sales colleagues to support the end-to-end sales process
• Maintain accuracy in administrative, operational, and system-related tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across phone, chat, and email
• Basic sales acumen with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to handle multiple communication channels in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and execution of operational processes
