Inside Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to qualify opportunities and drive company revenue
• Provide technical advice on product features, configurations, pricing, and availability
• Collaborate with NGSA management, inside sales, field sales, and renewals teams
• Participate in team competitions and meet established performance metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
• Proficiency in both English and the local language
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to relocate and work from Dell Technologies Hub locations
• A strong desire to build a long-term career in sales or technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed bachelor's degree
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a coachable attitude
• Ability to influence others and convey a sense of urgency to drive results
