Inside Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to the sales team to help them fulfill and exceed their goals
• Recommend business solutions, products, and services based on specific client needs
• Research market factors to anticipate customer needs and propose technical solutions
• Deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team via phone, chat, web, or email
• Assist in the ongoing technical education and development of the broader team
• Establish and manage relationships with customers and accounts

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Proven sales skills and a strong focus on results
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Eagerness to learn and become a specialist in a defined area of the Dell Technologies portfolio
