Inside Presales Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide technical recommendations, direction, and guidance on HP Personal Systems offerings
• Respond to and track technical questions from internal or external requestors
• Present the advantages of HP’s Personal Systems products and solutions
• Assist sales representatives in responding to customer requests (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
• Support sales opportunities with in-depth technical understanding of HP’s offerings
• Deliver training to other departments regarding Personal Systems products and solutions
• Manage technical escalations and provide proactive updates to the sales community
• Collaborate with various technical resources within the Presales organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, or computer science field
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
• Interest in computer technologies, including hardware, operating systems, software, and networking
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Maximum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Self-motivated with the ability to operate with minimal tactical direction
