Inside Parts Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming parts requests for retail customers and technicians
• Greet customers promptly and professionally in person and over the phone
• Provide accurate parts lookup and recommendations based on customer needs
• Ensure accurate inventory and billing controls through all transactions
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude and professional appearance

Requirements

• Previous parts experience (Heavy Duty experience preferred)
• Knowledge of the automotive or heavy-duty truck industry
• Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
• Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 60 lbs
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
