Inside Optimization Specialist

Responsibilities

• Educate and inform end-users on the safe and effective use of products across multiple portfolios
• Provide professional clinical support to customers in hospital and operating room environments
• Collaborate with field sales organizations to build clinical credibility and peer rapport
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in the territory
• Provide analytics and deploy resources to non-clinical stakeholders
• Perform in-servicing and product education to physicians, nurses, and other providers

Requirements

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in MedTech, Pharmaceutical Sales, or B2B Sales preferred
• Ability to manage an assigned territory effectively
• Strong MS Office skills, specifically Word and Excel
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter and as part of a collaborative team
• Ability to apply technical and scientific knowledge in clinical situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Veterinary Technician (Vet Tech) experience is highly preferred
