About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive business results for select Veeam partners by managing revenue, relationships, and growth opportunities
  • Achieve revenue targets and goals for the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with key roles within partner accounts
  • Develop, negotiate, and track joint Action Plans with partners
  • Discover and maintain partner pipelines to ensure consistent coverage
  • Provide support to partners regarding licensing, product information, and technical requirements
  • Ensure compliance with ProPartner Program requirements and drive partner level upgrades
  • Maintain accurate partner account data within the Veeam CRM system

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in software sales (velocity or high-volume sales preferred)
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Strong understanding of the channel community, industry, and market
  • Ability to work independently and as a motivated self-starter in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to adapt to changing roles
