About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish trust and build strong business relationships with assigned mid-tier accounts to become a trusted business adviser.
  • Drive targeted call campaigns and promote sales within the assigned partner community.
  • Analyze territory and regional data, trends, and operating metrics to drive strategic thinking.
  • Perform cold-calling functions to rejuvenate inactive accounts and cultivate new customers.
  • Collaborate with product teams to coordinate training on new product, solution, or service offerings.
  • Partner with Sales Management and Marketing Operations to ensure seamless execution of promotions and lead management.
  • Provide high-level leadership, counseling, and coaching to partner sales resources.
  • Participate in territory and regional meetings and conference calls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships.
  • Experience in Sales Management, Inside Sales, or Sales Support.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and sales philosophies.
  • Experience in conflict management and situational leadership.
