Inside Adjuster (Trainee) Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Virtually inspect property damages and investigate coverage for policyholders
• Prepare accurate damage estimates and settle claims promptly
• Interact with customers, contractors, and vendors via voice, email, text, and video collaboration tools
• Negotiate claim settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all claim activities within the company systems
• Focus on providing high-level support for specific claim types, including water losses

Requirements

• 1+ years of previous customer service experience
• Ability to assess property damages and determine claim coverage
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in an in-office environment in Scottsdale, AZ, Monday through Friday

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous insurance industry experience
• Proficiency in using Xactimate or similar estimating software
• Experience with virtual assessment tools and video collaboration platforms
