About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to manage the end-to-end sales process and retain recurring revenue
- Achieve sales quotas and maintain healthy pipeline management
- Drive business growth through transactional and contractual opportunities
- Manage account relationships and identify expansion opportunities through strategic account planning
- Engage with stakeholders and customer teams using remote sales capabilities
- Support the sales cycle including product selection, demonstrations, RFP responses, and pricing
- Independently drive lower-value deals from qualification to close
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- First experience in sales and account management
- Fluency in German and English
- Proficiency in digital and remote selling tools
- Strong organizational and program management skills
- Demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance productivity
