About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and needs, delivering professional resolutions.
- Retain existing accounts and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Create and conduct periodic reports and program reviews to ensure client travel objectives are met.
- Provide clients with expert insights and data-driven recommendations based on travel program analysis.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address concerns and provide timely updates.
- Support key and regional teams with reporting, customer requests, and project support.
- Act as a client advocate within the company, coordinating with various departments to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay, Cantonese, or Mandarin Chinese is desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and listening skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM technology.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
