About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from patients to report and accurately document INR test results in patient accounts
  • Assist patients with ordering necessary testing supplies to ensure timely care
  • Provide troubleshooting support for patient testing meters to resolve issues efficiently
  • Make outbound calls to notify physicians’ offices of any out-of-range test results
  • Ensure seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers to support health goals

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong technical acumen and excellent computer skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple technical platforms simultaneously
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday between 5:00am and 5:00pm PST
