About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from patients to report and accurately document INR test results in patient accounts
- Assist patients with ordering necessary testing supplies to ensure timely care
- Provide troubleshooting support for patient testing meters to resolve issues efficiently
- Make outbound calls to notify physicians’ offices of any out-of-range test results
- Ensure seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers to support health goals
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong technical acumen and excellent computer skills
- Ability to navigate multiple technical platforms simultaneously
- Availability to work Monday–Friday between 5:00am and 5:00pm PST
