About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily phone, email, and video communications for online undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Provide responsive, "white-glove" service to prospective students throughout the enrollment journey.
- Facilitate admissions consultations and manage the collection of application materials, including transcripts and resumes.
- Track and document all inquiries and touchpoints within systems such as Slate and OnBase.
- Develop and implement strategies for cultivating leads and analyzing inquiry data to optimize enrollment funnels.
- Collaborate in person with Admissions Advisors and university partners to troubleshoot challenges and align messaging.
- Maintain impeccable documentation and comprehensive knowledge of all online degree programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in recruiting, admissions, or a related customer-service field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong computer and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a high-energy, in-person, and collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (evenings/weekends) as needed to meet student needs.
