Inquiry and Application Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage daily phone and email communications for online undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Provide responsive, "white-glove" service to prospective students throughout the enrollment journey.
• Manage the collection of application materials, including transcripts, personal statements, and resumes.
• Execute outreach strategies via email, telephone, and videoconference to cultivate leads and inquiries.
• Track and document all student touchpoints within CRM systems like Slate and OnBase.
• Collaborate in person with Admissions Advisors and university partners to troubleshoot workflows and align messaging.
• Analyze inquiry and applicant data to recommend improvements in process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in recruiting, admissions, or a related customer-service field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work on-campus in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with adult learners and non-traditional students.
• Familiarity with university admissions policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of social media trends and digital engagement platforms.
