Inplant Supervisor - Liquid Water

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication and direction to inplant employees
• Act as INX 5S Leader
• Maintain training programs
• Attend customer technical meetings
• Schedule vacations and coverage, including sick time
• Maintain KPIs
• Oversee and direct color matching, inventory, ink manufacturing, and housekeeping

Requirements

• High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• 3 to 5 years in lab and ink manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other computer skills
• Excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension, and math skills
• Ability to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Inplant and pressroom experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Color matching skills
• College degree
• Previous experience within the Ink Industry
