About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain INX's relationship with the customer and serve as a liaison
- Review scheduling and coordinate jobs with the customer
- Perform technical service, color matching, ink production, and dispensing
- Evaluate production requirements based on schedule changes
- Manage inventory and perform monthly consignment counts
- Provide press-side technical support and job estimates
- Perform Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batches
- Manufacture batches under 100 pounds
- Complete monthly reports and ensure data entry accuracy
Requirements
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
- 2 to 5 years of work-related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Strong math, reading, and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Spectrophotometer knowledge and experience
- Technical qualification to service Offset Sheetfed products
- Familiarity with X-Rite IQC
- Knowledge of flexible packaging, flexographic printing, or solvent ink
- Previous lab, inplant, or warehouse experience
- SAP knowledge
- College degree
