Innovative Payments Expert

Responsibilities

• Drive payment innovation by supporting the development of MOL Group’s retail payments ecosystem across the CEE region, including card payments, online solutions, and digital wallets.
• Explore and introduce new payment technologies in cooperation with card schemes and industry partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key players such as Visa, Mastercard, banks, regulators, and payment providers.
• Manage key projects end-to-end, including tendering, negotiation, and contracting processes for payment services.
• Drive the implementation of instant payment solutions and real-time data integrations.
• Monitor and report on payment costs and performance to identify improvement opportunities through data-driven business cases.
• Collaborate closely with Consumer Services, Mobility, Digital Factory, and Treasury teams to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in banking, payments, treasury, or fintech-related roles.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of precision and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Strong interest in digital payments, fintech, and emerging technologies.
