Innovation Technologist

Responsibilities

• Advance virtual design and construction practices and the use of innovative technologies in design and construction planning
• Research innovative technologies for construction projects and develop related policies and procedures
• Provide advisory support, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders on utilizing technology to save costs and increase project delivery speed
• Support project delivery teams in the adoption of innovative solutions including BIM, reality capture, and photogrammetry
• Evaluate tools involving artificial intelligence, generative design, and IoT devices

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in computer science, engineering, human computer interaction, interactive media, digital/graphics design, data visualization, or communication
• Four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to the position with a specialization in a relevant technology or methodology (or equivalent experience/education combinations)
• Knowledge of digital delivery elements such as 3D models, Building Information Models (BIM), and project management software
• Authorization to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship
