About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure integrated management of national and European funded projects
- Guarantee technical, administrative, and financial execution of projects
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, goals, and requirements of funding entities
- Monitor projects and ensure coordination between different stakeholders
- Manage schedules and control progress metrics
- Prepare presentations and consolidated execution and progress reports
Requirements
- Higher education in Engineering, Management, Science, Innovation, or similar field
- Experience in managing funded projects (preferred)
- Knowledge of funding programs such as PRR, Horizon Europe, or Portugal 2030
- Skills in project planning and control
- Project financial management skills
- Technical and administrative reporting skills
- Proficiency in project management tools
