Innovation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Embed digital boards and visual workflows into routine delivery activities
• Drive consistent adoption of collaborative ways of working across projects
• Design and maintain programme-approved workflows, templates, and visual management artefacts
• Coordinate integration with planning, project controls, reporting, and digital engineering systems
• Facilitate practical workshops and design coordination sessions
• Monitor usage, gather feedback, and deliver training and coaching

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting delivery teams in project or programme environments
• Proven experience designing and managing structured workflows and information systems
• Strong exposure to project data, controls, planning, BIM, or digital engineering ecosystems
• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and continuous improvement sessions
• Experience driving user adoption through training and coaching
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in a related discipline
