Innovation Project Leader in Educational Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic projects incorporating emerging technologies such as generative AI, robotics, and verifiable digital credentials.
• Design and implement AI and generative AI projects in educational environments, from needs detection to impact validation.
• Explore and evaluate generative AI tools for teaching and learning applications, coordinating institutional pilots and scaling.
• Analyze and compare technological solutions based on accuracy, security, cost, privacy, and scalability.
• Document learnings, use cases, and impact to generate evidence for decision-making and institutional positioning.
• Lead projects involving verifiable digital credentials and interoperable solutions using open standards (Open Badges 3.0, W3C Verifiable Credentials).
• Drive initiatives in applied robotics and web3 in education, collaborating with technical teams to articulate teaching-learning experiences.

Requirements

• Degree in Educational Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Innovation, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technology project management, preferably within an educational context.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrable experience working with Generative AI tools.
• Technical knowledge of programming and development languages, including JSON, SQL, and Python.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Strong strategic thinking, innovation, and collaborative leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management certification.
• Previous experience with digital credentials, decentralized identity, or applied robotics projects.
