Innovation Project Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation concept development and evaluation projects
• Drive cross-functional teams to explore future opportunities and unmet customer needs
• Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to generate insights and recommendations
• Develop decision-support material and communicate project findings to key stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of how innovation projects are executed

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience leading complex projects, innovation initiatives, or business development
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience influencing outcomes across functions without formal authority
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools, AI agents, and low-code/no-code platforms
• Background in Life Science, MedTech, consulting, or technology startups
