Innovation Project Leader Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the digitalization and management of innovation projects by translating team needs into digital tool solutions
• Improve project management tools and contribute to the creation of KPI dashboards and portfolio reporting
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of project data across the organization
• Identify data discrepancies and participate in defining best practices and data management standards
• Optimize and simplify existing innovation processes to improve efficiency
• Create and update project templates, including roadmaps and reporting documents
• Support users through training, workshops, and documentation to harmonize global practices
• Contribute to ideation phases by researching new tools, methods, and industry benchmarks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in Project Management, Data, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with a high level of rigor and ability to structure information
• Proficiency with digital tools and a strong interest in data processing
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Fluency in English and comfort working in an international, cross-functional environment
• Experience or knowledge of project management tools (such as Smartsheet) is a plus
