Innovation Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Describe internal Innovation Management processes following ISO 56001 recommendations
• Integrate existing processes and map necessary workflows using methods like SIPOC
• Standardize procedures using Group documentation or perform AFAV analysis to determine process value
• Manage a complex multi-site, multi-level, and multi-actor project across different research labs
• Conduct state-of-the-art reviews and formalize research with scientific reports
• Apply Agile methodologies and a Test & Learn approach

Requirements

• Final-year Engineering student seeking an end-of-study internship
• Specialization in Innovation or R&D
• Knowledge of Management Systems and methods such as SIPOC, DMAIC, or Workflow
• Reactive, rigorous, and autonomous personality
